The country house is located only 7 km from the walled city of Lucca, in a peaceful area with breathtaking views, on the green hills of Lucca.

Ground floor : a small garden with table and umbrella leads into a big living/dining room with table, comfortable chairs; kitchen fully equipped (with oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, and a large choice of pottery and utensils); large double bedroom (or twin beds) with a sofa bed and wooden stove, tv, one bathroom with shower. There is a laundry room, which is common with the Top Apartment and also leads to the up floor of the house. Mosquito nets are present in the kitchen and bathroom.

1st floor : a big sunny entrance opens into a wide kitchen fully equipped (oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and a large choice of pottery and utensils); living room with dinning table and chairs, a large fireplace and wooden stove, one double bedroom and bathroom. Balcony with lovely view over the olive groves and Lucca surroundings, a big grass covered terrace with pergola, table and benches, garden chairs, barbecue and aromatic plants surrounded by fruit and olive trees.
2nd floor: one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath tub, two carefully furnished twin bedrooms, with a common bathroom with shower.
Mosquito nets are present in all bedrooms and bathrooms.
