Set on the top of the highest hill between San Gimignano and Volterra, the vineyards that alternate with woods and fields dotted with olive trees, between the ancient villages, set like gems in the green hills the Villa, surrounded by a large private park: 9 hectares of woods and garden that provide intimacy and absolute privacy for our guests as well as the possibility to enjoy enchanting walks and relaxing afternoons passed outside.

- Villa (500 sqm. - 4+2 guests):
The ground floor consists of a big open gallery (loggia), an entrance hall, a very spacious living room and a large dining room both with fire-place,a bathroom for guests and a 10X6,50 sqm kitchen both in light grey solid marble, and a store-room.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with each with a bathroom in solid statuary marble and gilt fittings, in addition a roomy study (which can be used as a bedroom additional bedroom) and a terrace overlooking the swimming pool.
The second floor, apart from a small bedroom for children, is kept as a mansard.

- Farmhouse (300 sqm – 12+2 guests):
On the ground floor there is a large living room with sofa bed, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and the laundry room. On the first floor there is one double bedroom for guests with bathroom, and 5 other bedrooms (four double bedrooms and one small bedroom with a bunk bed) with 3 seperate bathrooms available.
Special care has been taken to provide the villa with all modern comforts: satellite TV, telephone, independent heating, a laundry room, 6 burner-gas stove in kitchen, dish-washer, two refrigerators, one deep freeze and an ice-machine. Bed/bath/table linen are provided, except for swimming-pool towels (on request). At guests' disposal garden furniture, as tables, chairs, sunshades, deck-chairs for the terrace, loggia and swimming pool.
