SERVICES:
5 studio flats , is located on the ground floor and first floor, equipped with a kitchenette with everything you need to cook (dishes, refrigerator, electric induction hob and microwave), private bathroom with shower, phone, flat screen TV, wi -fi. Some rooms have air conditioning.
The garden is equipped with deck chairs, barbecue and small children's park.
Dogs are welcome, there are nearby beaches accessible to our four-legged friends.
TO VISIT
The nearest seaside resort is the pretty marina of Scarlino new building with lots of shops and night life. Within 6-10 km you can reach several beaches, including Cala Violina, Cala Martina, Punta Ala and and that of Park Sterpaia.
From the garden and the various views of the windows of our rooms opens a beautiful view on 'Tuscan archipelago', where you can admire the' Island d 'Elba, Capraia, Cerboli, Palmaiola and on clear days even Corsica offering the unforgettable sunsets.
ACTIVITY :
excursions with Enduro bikes
Program: Tour of two days between metalliferous hills and the coast of the Maremma
- Friday: Arrival at the 'farm in the evening. Room accommodation, admission of the bike.
- Saturday: Breakfast and departure at 9:30.
Scenic route and "guided" near Massa Marittima, Montieri and Monterotondo.
Lunch at a local restaurant, with starter, main, dessert, wine, water and coffee.
At 16.00 return.
-Sunday: Breakfast and departure at 9:30 am.
Scenic route short, but challenging sliding near Scarborough, Punta Ala and Tirli. Lunch in a typical restaurant
The dinners are free and not included in the package.
The tours will take place on the weekends of October, November, January, February, March, April and May and in all weather conditions.
Excursions are included in the package:
