Alessandra and Paolo, a teacher and a Finance officer, decided to dedicate ourselves to the hospitality and to open our Bed & Breakfast in an elegant and stately home of the early 800s, always from our family.
As enthusiasts and lovers of the area and the surroundings, they are at your disposal for suggestions and advises to make your stay with us pleasant and familiar.
With our nice Flash we expect you to be part of this family.
We in fact thought about all the options available in order to reduce the environmental impact, from food and drinks we serve for breakfast and what we use for cleaning, to the use of habits and systems that use energy in the most environment-respectful way.
ACCOMMODATION :
Bed and Breakfast:
Our rooms, all with private services, are completely furnished with original antiquity furniture and they all have television and strongbox. It's also available free internet wifi connection.
The rooms are named after the colours of the furniture: azure, green and yellow.
For breakfast we guarantee use of local products, in order to avoid environmental costs of packaging and transportation.
The Holiday House:
In the Villa it is possible to rent an appartament, on the ground floor with access from the back of the villa.
It is a confortable 86 Mq ground floor flat with a typical family countryside atmosphere and original old forniture.
The flat, completely equipped, consists of two double bedrooms (one with 2 single beds), sitting room, kitchen with original fireplace bbq and bathroom.
The cost of heating is not included in the price and refunded to consumption.
Other Services: Free internet Wi-Fi throughout the property; parking in a private yard with automatic gate, the garden of the Villa is at our guests disposal.
Dogs are welcome guests.
TO VISIT:
The Villa among the green hills surrounding Florence in the wonderful area "Chianti Colli Fiorentini" , is about at 350 meters of altitude and it is only 7 Km far from the city centre of Florence
In the proximities there are fitness, a golf field, riding ground and tennis courts. This is an ideal place for trekking.
On our guests' request, we can organize wine and oil tasting, guided tours to the historical cityes, churches and places of historical or art interest.
Florence city center is a traffic controlled area and all the inner city is promenade, where cars, buses and taxi are not allowed.
Since the city is quite small, all the most relevant places and monuments are easily reachable by feet. This is a privilege offered to Florence visitors, which can enjoy low environmental impact tourism.
