SIAF is the first exclusive residential campus in Italy that provides a wide range of tailor-made learning resources, facilities and accommodation for up to 200 participants.
Idyllically situated in the Tuscan countryside offering a panoramic view of the sea and just a short distance from the historical hilltop town of Volterra, SIAF provides the perfect environment for intensive study courses, events, seminars, workshops and conferences.
The executive campus offers brand-new accommodation for 130 guests providing 93 well-appointed bedrooms, 55 single rooms and 37 double rooms all with satellite TV, telephone, internet (wireless or ADSL) and air conditioning.
The complex includes 7 multifunctional lecture rooms which can be partitioned and personalized as required, a staff room, 2 spacious meeting halls, a recording room and cloakroom. The Centro Studi (congress centre) della Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Volterra is available for special events.
All lecture rooms are equipped with up-to-date visual and audio aids: wireless internet, microphones, video projectors, overhead projectors and PCs. Spacious public areas are suitable for both indoor and outdoor activities, group work, performances, buffets, entertaining and relaxation.
The self-service restaurant, located in the main building, hosting 150 guests in two sittings, not only provides traditional Tuscan cooking but a personalized catering service for work brunches, buffets, gala evenings, cocktails and coffee breaks.
SIAF can also offer wine and food tasting organized by the Italian Slow Food Association. For large groups, banquets and special occasions you can also have a pavilion, providing extra space for 130 guests, built-up on the panoramic terrace just outside the dining area.
For your leisure time there is an open air swimming pool, tennis court/sports ground and gym.
The campus also provides a spacious parking lot for more than 100 cars.
Prior to events being hosted, SIAF can provide all the organizational support, such as promotion, graphics, collateral events, work spaces, poster displays etc. Catering, hostesses, transfer links, gala evenings, excursions cans be provided for during the event itself.
SIAF not only offers its premises but also a dedicated, experienced support team who can work with schools, businesses and organizations to provide suggestions, ideas and themes for tailor-made training, events, conferences, workshops and seminars - not only providing contents but also leisure and entertainment.
The school provides advice and professionals to enhance customer satisfaction, including secretarial and technical assistance, audio-video equipment, simultaneous translations etc.
